Emergency Assistance – Restoring Income Eligibility Requirements

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill, in item 7004-0101, by striking out the following words: -  "for a sustained and consecutive period of 90 days while the family is receiving assistance funded by this item;”.
