Emergency Assistance – DCF Health and Safety Assessments

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill, in item 7004-0101, by striking out the words, “provided further, that the health and safety risk shall be determined by the department of children and families or other department approved entity through risk assessments;” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “provided further, that the health and safety risk shall be determined by the department of children and families through risk assessments;”.
