Homeless Prevention Council Cape Cod

Representatives Peake of Provincetown and Whelan of Brewster move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 52, by inserting after the word "requirements;" the following: "provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended for the Homeless Prevention Council of Lower Cape Cod"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$6,738,500" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$6,838,500".
