Route 6 Traffic Enforcement

Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0600, in line 11, by inserting after "reimbursements" the following: "provided further, that $30,000 shall be expended to the police department in the town of Eastham to be used in conjunction with the towns of Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown to address the traffic safety issues on United States highway route 6 from the rotary in the town of Orleans to the town of Provincetown from May 25 to October 9"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,422,529" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,452,529".
