Amendment #763 to H4400

Revere Flooding Solutions

Ms. Vincent of Revere moves to amend the bill, in section 2, line item 2000-0101 by adding at the end the following:-

“; and provided further that $250,000 shall be expended for a study to determine solutions to flooding issues in the Riverside, Point of Pines, and Beachmont neighborhoods in the City of Revere, and $500,000 shall be expended for the implementation of such findings.”

; and further, in the same section and same line-item, by striking the number “$2,193,999” and inserting in place thereof the following new number:- “$2,243,999.”
