Amendment #767 to H4400

Into Action Recovery

Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 4512-0200, by adding the following: “that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the operation and property improvements of Into Action Recovery; and in said item by striking out the figures “$137,173,457” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$137,273,457.”
