Amendment #792 to H4400

Aquatic Invasive Species Control

Representatives Khan of Newton, Balser of Newton, Garballey of Arlington, Stanley of Waltham, Connolly of Cambridge, Provost of Somerville and Barber of Somerville move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2800-0100, in line 7, by inserting after the word "costs" the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the purposes of aquatic invasive species control”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,149,615" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,499,615".
