Amendment #793 to H4400

Peabody Public School System's Kindergarten Class Size

Representatives Walsh of Peabody and Speliotis of Danvers move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, by adding the following: "provided, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the purpose of maintaining or reducing the Peabody Public School System's kindergarten class size"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$11,823,711" and inserting in place thereof the figures "12,073,711".
