Amendment #799 to H4400
DEEC Group Care/Residential School Licensing
Representatives Khan of Newton, O'Day of West Boylston, McMurtry of Dedham, Galvin of Canton, Golden of Lowell, Campbell of Methuen, Gordon of Bedford, Rogers of Cambridge, Hecht of Watertown, Ultrino of Malden, Garry of Dracut, DuBois of Brockton, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, DiZoglio of Methuen, Tosado of Springfield, Goldstein-Rose of Amherst and Fernandes of Falmouth move to amend the bill by adding the following section:
”SECTION XX. Section 1A of chapter 15D of the General Laws is hereby amended in the definition of “Group care facility” by adding, in the second sentence, after the words “children with special needs” the following: - “, including children with special needs under the age of 22”.
