Representatives Khan of Newton, Malia of Boston, Garlick of Needham, Peisch of Wellesley, McMurtry of Dedham, Ashe of Longmeadow, Vega of Holyoke, Balser of Newton, Carvalho of Boston, Decker of Cambridge, Garballey of Arlington, Fiola of Fall River, Gordon of Bedford, Campbell of Methuen, Cutler of Duxbury, Rogers of Cambridge, Lewis of Framingham, Hecht of Watertown, Crocker of Barnstable, Ultrino of Malden, Dykema of Holliston, Tosado of Springfield, Dwyer of Woburn, Garry of Dracut, Gentile of Sudbury and Connolly of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, by striking out item 5055-0000 and inserting in place thereof the following item: "5055-0000 For forensic services provided by the department; provided, that not less than $3,500,000 may be expended for the juvenile court clinics………$9,896,840".
