Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after “2019” the following:  “; provided further, that no less than $90,000 shall be expended for the Russian Community Association of Massachusetts Inc.;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$253,176”.
