Norton Town Hall emergency shelter

Representatives Howitt of Seekonk and Barrows of Mansfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0600,  by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a new generator to the Town Hall building in the town of Norton for the purposes of establishing an emergency shelter.”
