Amendment #833 to H4400

Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center

Representatives Cassidy of Brockton, Cronin of Easton, DeCoste of Norwell, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Gifford of Wareham, Muratore of Plymouth and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding the following: "provided further that funding shall be expended on children’s advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; and provided further, that not less than $175,000.00 be expended for the Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center".
