Representatives González of Springfield, Williams of Springfield and Tosado of Springfield move to amend  in line item 4510-0110 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended towards the Brightwood Community Health Center for the purpose of operations and maintenance of treating substance abuse.”
