Amendment #85 to H4400

Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after item 1599-3856, the following item:

“1599-3857: For the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a regional economic development asset, to promote and support economic partnerships and technological advancements through investments necessary to connect early stage entrepreneurs, innovators and technology-based start-ups……..$1,067,092”.
