Representatives Garlick of Needham, Linsky of Natick, Provost of Somerville, Barber of Somerville, McMurtry of Dedham, Tosado of Springfield, Fiola of Fall River, Lewis of Framingham, Khan of Newton, Rogers of Cambridge, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Puppolo of Springfield, Driscoll of Milton, Dykema of Holliston, Whipps of Athol, Ultrino of Malden, Pignatelli of Lenox, Chan of Quincy, Vega of Holyoke, Garry of Dracut, Gregoire of Marlborough, Gentile of Sudbury, Murray of Milford, Ashe of Longmeadow, Gordon of Bedford, Galvin of Canton, Hecht of Watertown and Keefe of Worcester move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 4000-0601, in line 22, by inserting after "2007" the following: "; provided further, that the payment rates in the adult foster care program, for the adult foster care agencies demonstrated to be seeking accreditation, shall not be lower than the rates in effect for fiscal year 2016".
