Amendment #859 to H4400

Housing Choice Initiative

Representatives Barrows of Mansfield and Ferguson of Holden move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 4400-0707 the following item:

“7004-2017  For a local capital projects grant program to support and encourage implementation of the housing choice designation for communities that have demonstrated housing production and adoption of housing best practices, including a grant program to support housing best practices in small towns...................................2,698,841”
