Amendment #861 to H4400

The Expansion of Callahan State Park

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Gentile of Sudbury and Lewis of Framingham move to amend the bill in Section 2 by adding the following item:

"item XXXX-XXXX For the purchase of the development rights to the parcel located between Callahan State Park North and Callahan State Park South in the Town of Framingham, to hold this property for future integration as one contiguous state park.......$8,000,000"
