Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention and Treatment

Representatives Garlick of Needham, Cronin of Easton, Jones of North Reading, Cahill of Lynn, Linsky of Natick, Rogers of Cambridge, Khan of Newton, Provost of Somerville, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Higgins of Leominster, Smizik of Brookline, Whipps of Athol, Lewis of Framingham, Tosado of Springfield, Walsh of Framingham, Ultrino of Malden, Goldstein-Rose of Amherst, Vega of Holyoke, Garry of Dracut, Connolly of Cambridge, Gregoire of Marlborough, Kane of Shrewsbury, O'Day of West Boylston, Gentile of Sudbury, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Benson of Lunenburg, Murray of Milford, McMurtry of Dedham, Ashe of Longmeadow, Gordon of Bedford, DiZoglio of Methuen, Cutler of Duxbury, Crocker of Barnstable, Wong of Saugus, Decker of Cambridge, Ferguson of Holden, Dykema of Holliston, Keefe of Worcester, Barrows of Mansfield and Roy of Franklin move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1130, by adding the following: "; and provided further that not less than $1,150,000 shall be expended to the rape crisis center regions that are under fiscal year 2018 contract; and provided further, that not less than $2,350,000 shall be expended to the general community-based domestic violence programs that are under fiscal year 2018 contract"; and in said item by striking out the figures "34,111,882" and inserting in place thereof the figures "37,611,882".
