for structural improvements and investment to support Head Start in Webster

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-5000, in line 2, by inserting after the word "program" the following "; provided further, that 150,000 shall be appropriated to the Worcester Community Action Council for the implementation of a Head Start program in the Town of Webster."
