City of Pittsfield Morningstar Residences

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, in line 76 by inserting after “grant” the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 be expended to the City of Pittsfield for housing redevelopment of Morningstar Residences”.
