Amendment #929 to H4400

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7002-1509 the following item:

"7002-0020 For a precision manufacturing pilot program administered by the executive office of housing and economic development that provides training to unemployed and underemployed individuals, including veterans, provided that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the E-Team Machinist Program in Lynn ...... $1,525,000"
