At Risk Youth

Representatives Finn of West Springfield, Tosado of Springfield, Keefe of Worcester and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Springfield public school district to continue proven, data-supported programming to address the needs of at-risk middle and high school students through mentoring, truancy prevention and other interventions;"
