Amendment #933 to H4400

An Act Regulating Pipelines

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 75I.  Any natural gas that travels though transmission line piping though a transmission gas line in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts must be used in, and only in, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts."
