Amendment #937 to H4400

JF&CS: Fragile Beginnings & Project Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy (NESST)

Representatives Stanley of Waltham, Cahill of Lynn, Finn of West Springfield, Garballey of Arlington, Garlick of Needham, Gentile of Sudbury, Kane of Shrewsbury, Khan of Newton, Lawn of Watertown, Lewis of Framingham, Linsky of Natick, Murray of Milford, O'Day of West Boylston, Smizik of Brookline, Tosado of Springfield, Ultrino of Malden, Ashe of Longmeadow, Decker of Cambridge, Dykema of Holliston and Haddad of Somerset move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 21, by inserting after "services" the following: "; provided further, that no less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Fragile Beginnings program;  provided further, that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for Project Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy;"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$297,006,577" and inserting in place thereof the figures "297,406,577".
