Amendment #939 to H4400

TAFDC Reform I

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by inserting after section 11 the following section:

“SECTION 11A: Section 37 of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as amended by section 20 of chapter 133 of the acts of 2016, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 1, the words ‘or recipients’ and by striking out, in line 2, the word ‘monthly’.”.
