Mr. Williams of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 3000-1020 by inserting the following:

“provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Springfield Day Nursery, Inc. in the city of Springfield to fund early education services for children with severe behavioral needs”
