Amendment #954 to H4400
Mass Animal Fund
Representatives Kafka of Stoughton, Galvin of Canton, Ayers of Quincy, Cutler of Duxbury, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, DuBois of Brockton, Fiola of Fall River, Gentile of Sudbury, Khan of Newton, Koczera of New Bedford, Rogers of Cambridge, Smizik of Brookline, Roy of Franklin, Benson of Lunenburg, Hogan of Stow, Hecht of Watertown, Moran of Lawrence, Garry of Dracut, Tosado of Springfield, Puppolo of Springfield, Lewis of Framingham and Velis of Westfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following:
"provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended for the Homeless Animal Care and Adoption fund;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,945,785" and inserting in place thereof the figures "5,045,785".
