Parolee Supervision Fee Retained Revenue

Representatives Coppinger of Boston and Hunt of Boston move to amend section 2 of the bill in line item 8950-0008, by striking out the wording and inserting in place thereof the following wording:-

“For the parole board, which may expend for the general operation of the parole board an amount not to exceed $600,000 from fees charged for parolee supervision.”
