Amendment #969 to H4400

UMass Collective Bargaining

Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in line item 1599-4448, in line 2, by inserting after the word “agreements” the following language:

“provided further, that $27,755,363 shall support the FY18 and FY19 value of the collective bargaining agreements ratified by the University of Massachusetts; provided further that these funds are in addition to supplemental funding required in FY18 to fund the first year of said contracts, provided further, that the secretary of administration and finance shall fully allot and transfer funds for the University of Massachusetts to line item 7100-0200 upon ratification of the agreements;"
