Amendment #973 to H4400

Norfolk County Fire and Rescue Dispatch

Representatives Galvin of Canton, Kafka of Stoughton, Dooley of Norfolk, Garlick of Needham, McMurtry of Dedham, Orrall of Lakeville, Rogers of Cambridge and Smizik of Brookline move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8324-0000, in line 24, by inserting after the words “commissioner of insurance;” the following:- “provided further, that the amount allocated for the Norfolk County Regional Fire and Rescue Dispatch Center in item 8324-0000 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008 shall be allocated in fiscal year 2019;” and in said item by striking out the figure “20,304,522” and inserting in place thereof the figure “20,404,522”.
