Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 4512-0500, by striking out the words “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the promotion of services to dental health providers and to increase after-hour, weekend and holiday coverage with on-call response and, if necessary, actual clinical evaluation”.
