Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7006-1003 the following item: "7006-1004 For an electric vehicle rebate program administered by the Department of Energy Resources to provide rebates to newly registered electric vehicles in the Commonwealth…….. $1,000,000"
