Amendment #989 to H4400

Mrs. Harrington of Groton moves to amend the bill by adding following sections:

"SECTION XX. Section 23A of chapter 217 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line the words "Middlesex, 1 assistant register," and inserting in place thereof the following "Middlesex North, 1 assistant register; Middlesex South, 1 assistant register."

SECTION XX. Section 23C of chapter 217 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line the words "Middlesex, 1 judicial case manager," and inserting in place thereof the following: "Middlesex North, 1 judicial case manager; Middlesex South, 1 judicial case manager."

SECTION XX. Section 23C of chapter 217 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line the words "Middlesex, 8 assistant judicial case managers," and inserting the following: "Middlesex North, 4 assistant judicial case managers; Middlesex South, 4 judicial case managers."
