Mr. Sánchez of Boston and others move to amend H.4400 in section 2, in item 4110-1000, as amended by Consolidated “D”, by inserting after the word “network” the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended on the talking information center, the Audible Local Ledger, the Audio Journal, the Berkshire Talking Chronicle, the Lowell Association of the Blind, and Radio Valley Eye;

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$4,261,386”, as amended, and inserting in the place thereof the following figure:- $4,511,386;

And further amend section 2, in line item 4120-0200, by striking out the figure “$6,046,117” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $6,296,117”;

And further amend said section 2, in item 4120-4000, by adding the following words:- ; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended on accessibility improvements in Waltham;

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$9,678,839” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $9,778,839;

And further amend said section 2, in item 5042-5000, by inserting after the words “group care” the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended on YouthConnect to provide community-based mental health services to high-risk youth and their families residing in the East Boston community; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended on the Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention’s training and workforce development; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended on the Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services, Inc.; provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended on the juvenile firesetter intervention and prevention program in Hampshire and Franklin Counties, the town of Athol, and the city of Holyoke;

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$90,310,078” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $90,625,078;

And further amend said section 2, in item 5046-0000, by inserting after the words “private sources” the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended on the expansion of low threshold, safe haven housing for mentally ill men and women who have been chronically homeless and are currently living in emergency shelter or on the streets in Boston; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended on the International Institute of New England for culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for immigrants and refugees who have experienced torture and trauma;

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$486,718,033” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $487,118,033;

And further amend said section 2, in item 5920-2025, by adding the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of Natick to support Camp Arrowhead to provide recreational programs for individuals with disabilities; and provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended on the Opportunity Works for the Project SEARCH program;

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$210,604,791” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $210,704,791;

And further amend said section 2, in item 7004-0101, by inserting after the words “contracted shelter beds” the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended on the Portal to Hope; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended on Horizons for Homeless Children;

And further amend said item by striking out the figure “$148,607,614” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $148,907,614;
