Amendment #2 to H4474

An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Maria Benitez, an employee of the Department of Children and Families

The committee on Bills in the Third Reading recommends that the bill be amended Reports recommending that the amendment recommended by His Excellency the Governor be considered in the following form:

"Engrossed Bill establishing a sick leave bank for Maria Benitez, an employee of the Department of Children and Families (see House, No. 4474) , which was returned by His Excellency the Governor pursuant to Article LVI with recommendation of amendment specified by him, "

By striking out, in line 5, the word “child” and inserting in place thereof the word “spouse”.
