Mr. Hecht of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 18 in line 153 by inserting after the word “inclusive” the words “, as amended from time to time”.

And further moves to amend the bill in section 18 in line 159 by inserting after the word “product” the words “if the nicotine in the container is inaccessible through customary or reasonably foreseeable handling or use, including reasonably foreseeable ingestion or other contact by children”.
