Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 11 by striking out, in line 60, the words “, as so appearing,”;

And moves to further amend the bill in section 18 by inserting, in line 153, after the word “inclusive” the following words:- as amended from time to time;

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 18 by striking out, in lines 156 to 159, inclusive, the following words:- ; provided, however, that the term “electronic liquid container” shall not include a sealed, prefilled and disposable container of nicotine in a solution or other form in which such container is inserted directly into an electronic cigarette, electronic nicotine delivery system, or other similar product;

And moves to further amend the bill in section 23 by striking out, in line 188, the words “minimum legal age” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- minimum sales age;

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 23 by inserting, in line 189, after the word “minimum” the following word:- sales;

And moves to further amend the bill in section 24 by striking out, in line 197, the words “January 1, 2019” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 30, 2018;

And moves to further amend the bill in section 26 by striking out, in line 204, the words “minimum age for the sale or delivery of” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- minimum sales age to purchase;

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 26 by inserting, in line 205, after the words “vapor products” the following:- ; provided, that this act shall not preempt, supersede or nullify any inconsistent, contrary or conflicting local law in effect on December 30, 2018 that prohibits the sale of tobacco products or vapor products to persons under the age of 19, 20, or 21 as applied to persons who attained the age of 18 before December 31, 2018.
