Representatives Moran of Boston and Livingstone of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0015, in line 81, by inserting after the word “biotechnology” the following: “; and provided further, a portion of said funds may be expended for the purpose of connecting public transportation in the Kendall Square section of the city of Cambridge to the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line”
