Amendment #6 to H4501

HAY Program

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0015, in line 74, by inserting after the word "biotechnology" the following: "and provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for maintenance, equipment, and administrative costs for the HAY Program at Hawlemont Regional School in Charlemont" and in said item by striking out the figures "$444,750,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$445,000,000'.
