Right to appeal

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Diehl of Whitman, DeCoste of Norwell, Kane of Shrewsbury, Lombardo of Billerica, Ferguson of Holden, McKenna of Webster, Kuros of Uxbridge and Mirra of West Newbury move to amend the bill in SECTION 12, line 200 by adding after the words "section 129D" the following new subsection:-

"(l) Each extreme risk protection order issued by the court shall contain the following statement: You have the right to request 2 hearings to terminate this order during every 1-year period that this order is in effect, starting from the date of this order and continuing through any renewals of the order."
