Fraudulent Petition Court Fees

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 12, in line 248 by striking the word "correction." and inserting in place thereof the words  "correction or court costs or the payment of the costs of legal fees incurred by the respondent."
