Appointed Counsel

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 12, in line 95, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “(f) The court shall notify the respondent of their right to counsel for the proceedings, and provide resources to attain appointed counsel if needed.”
