Appeals

Mr. Humason moves to amend the bill by inserting, after the words “129D”, in line 224, the following subsection:-

“ (l) Appeals shall be as otherwise provided by law in civil proceedings, but any party shall have the right to an expedited appeal to the appeals court, including an expedited hearing on any motion to stay such an order.”
