Further Amendment 6.1

Procedures if respondent does not appear in court

Messrs. Tarr and Keenan move to further amend amendment #6 by striking the underlying amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

in section 12, by inserting after the word “petition”, in line 113, the following words:-  “upon a determination that the petitioner has demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence that the respondent poses such a risk”.
