Formation and Renewal Threshold

Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Eldridge and Fattman move to amend the bill in section 1 by inserting, in line 28, after the word “signers”, the following words:-

“consist of 50 per cent of the property owners in the proposed district and”; and

in section 4, by inserting, in line 170, after the word “by”, the following words:-

“50 per cent of the property owners in the proposed district and by”.
