Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 16, by inserting after the word “avenue”, the following: “pursuant to section 1, which are portions of the land acquired by the town pursuant to 2 orders of taking, recorded at the Worcester district registry of deeds at book 4547, page 270 and book 4597, page 101”.
