Flax Pond Improvements

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-7072, in line 79, by inserting after "River" the following: “; provided further, $200,000 shall be expended for improvements around the Flax pond in the city of Lynn”; and in said item by striking out the figures "165,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$165,200,000".
