Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in SECTION 2, in item 2200-7022, in line 183, by inserting after "eradication;" the following: "provided further, that $4,000,000 shall be expended for the purposes of evaluating the efficacy of adaptive management measures to reduce nitrogen pollution of coastal waterways undertaken pursuant to an approved area-wide water quality plan adopted pursuant to the federal Clean Water Act and to fund the Center for Coastal Studies to monitor and report on the water quality of areas subject to said study and to support further assessment and water quality modeling to further refine said study;”
