Back River Trails

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 2890-7034 in line 400 by inserting after “Fall River” the following: “provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for the continued creation and maintenance of a linked trail system for local and state parks along the Back River in the city known as the town of Weymouth and the town of Hingham, to complete the project established in chapter 149 of the acts of 2004.”
